Lightning in a Bottle is here to stay! This premium 10oz offering is focused on exceptional processing in coffees from Central and South America. 

Finca Santa Barbara, located in the region of Cauca, is a part of a project, Area 18, that is focused on maximizing the use of the coffee cherry and all its byproducts. They achieve this through careful and advanced irrigation, soil replenishment, and an attentive agronomy team. Finca Santa Barbara is particularly technically advanced, thanks in big part to tourism income from serving as a place to visit and experience coffee farming.

The selection and processing of this lot are just as elevated. Pink Bourbon, known for its florals and citric acid, is picked selectively and immediately transferred to be processed in a refrigerated truck. There, this coffee is fermented in a bioreactor containing an oxygen-rich environment for 48 hours, then dried in mechanical drying chambers for two days.

In the cup, this one is a floral bomb. Jasmine, Bergamot and Rose encompass gentle fruits and a lemon acidity, providing an intense but incredibly enjoyable experience.
