Moonlightin' Decaf

Returning to our offering list is our Moonlightin’ Decaf. We are currently featuring a wonderful EA decaf that comes from small farmers in Caldas Colombia. This particular lot comes from the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Manzales.

Our sourcing partners at Siruma and Falcon make sure lots are consistently purchased from these small producers for decaf, creating a very consistent, clean, and remarkable offering harvest after harvest.

This coffee is a standout in terms of decaf. When we first tasted it , we could hardly believe it wasn’t just a normal (but great) medium-roast Colombia. Tasting notes include cocoa, dried cherry and lemon.
